Why Drug Rehab in Thailand Works

Why Drug Rehab in Thailand Works

To many people seeking alcohol or drug addiction treatment, it may never occur to them to come to Thailand. They usually have many options right where they are, or somewhere in their own country.

But there are many advantages to drug rehab in Thailand.

First, it is always optimal to get the addicted person out of their current setting, where they have become accustomed to being dependent on drugs to get through their day. In fact, they may now be at a point where finding and using drugs is their day. The temptation is too great and it’s best to get them somewhere they can focus completely on recovery and get the care and around-the-clock attention that can make the difference in succeeding. Drug or alcohol rehab in Thailand, and in particular at Lanna, offers that and more. Lanna’s cutting edge program is far better than most you’ll find anywhere and comparable to the best programs costing much more. And, as a Chiang Mai rehab, we’re located in some of the most lush and sumptuous surroundings imaginable. This is recovery in paradise. Why would you want to go to rehab anywhere else, is the better question.

Then there’s the fact that here you have complete privacy. No one need know why you’re here. It’s a highly desirable vacation destination.

Because Lanna is so affordable, you can spend more time here than in other rehabs. Many of our clients come for 30 days and end up staying two or three months. We have a separate house where we “step down” their treatment from full residential to partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient. In this way they are in much better shape, mentally and in terms of health, before they return. So the likelihood of relapse is greatly reduced.

You will also find that here, in Chiang Mai, you will have an environment almost custom built for reassessing, and rebuilding your dreams, your goals and your life. You can turn inward and examine how you came to where you are and focus on making positive changes. All with the aid of a treatment team thoroughly capable of helping you attain your goals, as we have successfully helped so many others.

Rehab in Thailand works. Plus, your insurance may even cover part or all of your stay.
