Payment and Refund Policy

Lanna Rehab provides the highest level of addiction treatment at affordable prices. With a maximum of only 28 rooms, we have to operate very efficiently to manage reservations and client arrivals to maintain our affordable pricing and exceptional level of service.

 

As a result we believe we have a reservation, payment and refund policy that reflects our client’s commitment to recovery while being fair to Lanna Rehab.

 

Reservation Deposit

Lanna Rehab requires a 50% reservation deposit of the first month’s fee prior to arrival to reserve a room for a specific arrival date. We accept credit card and International wire transfers.

 

If a Client fails to turn up at Lanna Rehab in 7 days from the reserved arrival date, Lanna Rehab reserves the right to retain the reservation deposit, however Lanna Rehab will make every effort to reschedule the client for a future arrival date and apply the initial reservation deposit.

 

If a Client cancels their reservation within 28 days prior to arriving at Lanna Rehab, a full refund of the deposit will be given.

 

Full Payment

Full payment is due upon arrival at Lanna Rehab.

 

Pro Rata Refund

At Lanna Rehab we understand circumstances beyond your control can arise. With this in mind we have leniency. Should you need to depart early, before treatment completion, we offer you 100% of unused paid days as credit for future use within 2 years from your departure date.

Involuntary Discharge

Prior to arrival, clients will receive a detailed list of rules and regulations for their stay at Lanna Rehab. Should a client breach any of these rules and regulations, Lanna Rehab reserves the right to discharge the client from Lanna Rehab immediately without any refund.
