Do I have to share rooms?

No, at Lanna Rehab, you get your own large private room, with bathroom, TV, air-conditioner and private balcony

Are you a 12-step or “higher power” based treatment program?

Lanna Rehab’s treatment modality is evidence based around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We are a non-12-step treatment facility.

Can I use my computer and phone whilst at Lanna Rehab?

Yes, you retain your technology and can use them in the privacy of your room

How much therapy will I get in Lanna Rehab?

You will receive 2.5 hours per weekday of group therapy, and 2 individual therapy sessions per week.

Do you offer any fitness options?

Your treatment program will include sessions with your personal trainer, as well as group fitness activities – this may include gymnasium, mountain biking, Thai boxing, badminton or tennis.

What if I want to stay longer than 28-days?

You can stay longer if you feel it will be beneficial, and my team can arrange your visa to be extended as required. You may extend as little as 1-week.

Do you have Nurse on site?

Yes, we have 24-hour Nurses in site, as well as support worker and security

Does Lanna offer a medical checkup?

Yes, on Day 2, my team will take you to our Partner Hospital for a full medical checkup – this includes full blood tests, Liver function test, Kidney function test, EKG and chest X-Ray. This is fully included in your program fees.
